For Commercial projects we do: Tenant Finish, Restaurant remodel and construction, Office and Retail build out, Additions, Strip Malls and Project Management.
Bathrooms:
Bathrooms are our specialty. We can totally gut and install a New Bathroom with a new Tub, Ceramic Tile Tub Surround, new Vanity Cabinet with new sink and countertop, new Ceramic Tile Floor, new Water Closet, new Textured Painted Walls and new Faucets in 7 days or less. We use only top quality materials including Oak, Maple, Alder or Cherry Vanity cabinets, Faucets and Porcelain products from the suppliers found on our links page, Ceramic tile from Dal Tile, Durock, Wonderboard, Hardibacker or DensShield tile backer boards. We also do change outs. If you want a Whirlpool tub or a new toilet maybe just a new floor we will do that for you also.

Kitchens:
We love kitchens. We like to build a kitchen that is inviting and functional with the latest in conveniences. Again we use only the best products and installation methods. Your new kitchen will be a room that you can live in. We have an in house certified kitchen designer for your convenience. A complete kitchen can be completed in 10 to 15 working days. As with all our work we respect your home and try to cause as little dust and clutter as is possible. We clean up nightly and put tarps down to prevent tracking dust and debris. "We always give more than expected."

Garages:
I have seen garage builders and almost all of the budget garages that you can have built are nothing more than a glorified dog house only bigger. Our Garages are built to last and work for there intended purpose. We start with a commercial building grade foundation. Where our competitors use wire mesh as the minimum reinforcement we use a grid of tied rebar to insure that the slab will stay together. The Building Code is the minimum requirement that a builder is allowed to build. We exceed these requirements in every phase of construction. The Code says that wall stud spacing be a minimum of 24" on center. We always build with 16" on center stud spacing. Budget garages use hardboard siding without sheathing which is allowed. We always fully sheath all of the walls with 1/2" OSB or cdx plywood and then install the siding over the top of that. We use 30lb roofing felt under the roof, code only requires 15lb. We install the walls on a curb so that we can slope the floor to allow easy cleaning with a hose. Your new garage built by us will be the highest quality that you can buy.

Additions:
In keeping with the standards we set for our garage construction we believe in going above and beyond code requirements when we build your addition. Our in house design planners insure that you get the product that you desire. Many times they take your ideas and expand and improve on them to get you the most addition for your money. Sometimes moving a closet here or adding a wall there will make the difference between a so-so project and one that shines. Because of the time involved with an addition we plan the job so that disruptions in your life wil be minimal. Scheduling, on time performance and keeping with the budget are priority one with us. You will end up with a new room or rooms that will truly enhance your life.

Renovations:
If you are the owner of an older Vintage property that you want to restore or modernize we can do it. We have sources that provide Historic Mouldings, Doors, Hardware just about anything to restore that vintage property to its original splendor. If the Parts are not available we can manufacture them in our fully equipped shop. We also remodel dilapidated structures into pristine condition to make them ready for entry into the Real Estate market or occupancy by the owner. If you are doing a flip we can update the property to bring out the best, with a design that will appeal to the broadest market and keep the costs as low as possible to maximize your profit.

Decks & Fences:
Decks for today’s consumers are offered in a wide variety of materials. Our suppliers stock many from the new composites, Weatherbest – Procell – Geodeck, to Cedar, Redwood and Brazilian Hardwood. We can build your new deck to get the look and serviceability you are after. All of our deck frames are constructed from treated or rot resistant species wood to insure a long life. Our fencing can meet your desires be it wood, chain link or vinyl. Many design possibilities are possible. All of our posts are set into high strength fast setting cement so that your fence will be usable in the shortest amount of time. We use levels and jigs to make your new fence or deck visually appealing.

Inspections:
Buying a new home? We can inspect it for you and provide a detailed report on the condition. We inspect top to bottom, inside and out. Our reports will state the conditions as they exist regardless of any influences. If you need the report for negotiation purposes or to obtain financing your report will be accurate and unbiased. The report is usually completed within 12 – 24 hours and emailed or faxed to the appropriate parties.

Commercial Projects:
We have much experience building commercial projects. Some of our clients include: Winchells Donuts, Taco Johns, Steak Escape, Cottman Transmissions, Mi Ranchito Tortilla Chips to name a few. We have built Strip Malls, Restaurants, Retail spaces etc. One of the major aspects in doing commercial construction is dealing with the building department. The regulations can be daunting. We know the ropes and have dealt with various entities including the health department, USDA, Planning department and neighborhood organizations. All of the above can put a crimp into your plans. Our experience dealing with them will help your project go smoothly start to finish.
